Dr. Rima Somi obtained her Master’s Degree in Dental Medicine in 2021 from The University of Münster (Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, WWU) — one of Europe’s most prestigious universities, globally recognized for its excellence in both dental and medical education and research.
She is currently a first-year resident in Oral Surgery, where she continues to develop her surgical expertise and clinical precision under the mentorship of leading professionals in the field.

Dr. Groshar graduated with a Master’s degree in Medicine from Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine, in 2019. She completed her specialization in 2025 at the National Cardiology Hospital (NKB) in Sofia, Bulgaria.
During her studies at the university, she completed internships in some of the leading dermatology clinics in Ukraine, where she became familiar with the latest and most successful technologies in various surgical, medical, and aesthetic fields.
She discovered that aesthetics was her greatest passion when she began attending numerous courses on the safe and effective application of dermal fillers and botulinum toxin early in her higher education.
She has participated in multiple congresses on aesthetic medicine in Bulgaria and abroad.
She also holds certifications in emergency situations and rapid response in medical practice.

Dr. Valchkov graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2019 with a Master's degree in Medicine. He is currently specializing in dermatology at the Medical Institute of the Ministry of Interior in Sofia, in the Department of Dermatology and Venereology.
He is a member of the Bulgarian Medical Association and the Bulgarian Dermatological Society.
He is fluent in English and German.
During his training, Dr. Valchkov actively participated in various scientific conferences and international congresses. He has obtained numerous certificates from practical courses in clinical and aesthetic dermatology.
He has publications in several Bulgarian and international scientific journals. His professional interests are focused on laser technologies, injection procedures, and their application in the field of aesthetic and clinical dermatology.

Dr. Maria-Desislava Atanasova graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2020. Since 2021, she has been specializing in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Acibadem City Clinic Tokuda Hospital.
Throughout her specialization, she has completed numerous practical trainings and international internships focused on advanced techniques in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.
In 2023, she underwent Advanced Level Training in VASER Liposuction & Body Contouring with Autologous Fat Grafting under Dr. Huseyin Kandulu in Istanbul. In 2024, she began training with Dr. Serdar Eren at Acibadem Maslak Hospital, mastering his globally recognized technique for breast reduction and lifting — Modified Central Pedicle in Breast Reduction and Mastopexy: The Dermal Suspension Technique. The same year, she also attended Klinikum Ingolstadt in Germany.
Dr. Atanasova has a strong interest in breast surgery, having completed multiple trainings at Helsinki University Central Hospital in Finland under the supervision of Professor Sinikka Suominen.

Dr. Maya Charani graduated as a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Medical University of Sofia in 2015. Her passion lies in orthodontics, to which she has been fully dedicated for the past 10 years. She is a member of the Bulgarian Orthodontic Society (BOS), the Bulgarian Orthodontic Aligner Society (BOAS), and the Bulgarian Dental Association (BDA). Since 2020, Dr. Charani has been a certified Invisalign provider in Bulgaria and the United Arab Emirates. She is currently pursuing her orthodontic specialty training at the Royal College of Surgeons in the United Kingdom.

Associate Professor Konstantin Dimov was born in 1972 in Sofia. He graduated from the Faculty of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of Sofia, followed by the Faculty of Medicine, and later pursued medical studies in Vienna.
In his surgical practice, he uses the most advanced methods and techniques for treatment.
In 2024, Associate Professor Dimov joined the team at Somi Clinic.

Dentist
Dr. Gallo was born in 1985 in Naples. In 2010, he graduated from the Faculty of Dental Medicine in Florence. After graduation, he began his career as a general dental practitioner in Naples. In recent years, he has focused his attention on direct restorations and aesthetics, and each year he participates in practical courses led by the most recognized specialists in Italy.
Since December 2019, he has been living with his family in Sofia.
He joined the Somi Clinic team at the beginning of 2023.
