3. Vouchers & Promotional Offers

3.1 Voucher Purchase

  • Vouchers purchased from Somi Clinic may be offered at promotional or discounted prices.

  • Promotional vouchers are issued under special conditions, clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • Vouchers are valid only for the specific service described and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

  • Vouchers are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.2 Voucher Validity

Voucher & Prepaid Service Validity

  • Prepaid services purchased at regular price must be used within 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase.

  • Prepaid services purchased at promotional or discounted prices must be used within 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.

  • Vouchers purchased at regular price are valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase.

  • Vouchers purchased at promotional or discounted prices are valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.

  • Once the validity period has expired, the prepaid service or voucher cannot be used, extended, refunded, or exchanged, regardless of the reason for non-use.

  • Validity periods apply equally to prepaid procedures, gift vouchers, and promotional campaigns unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.3 Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts, campaigns, or special offers.

  • Somi Clinic reserves the right to limit the number of promotional vouchers per client.

4. Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1 Refunds

  • All services and vouchers purchased at promotional or discounted prices are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases and strictly in accordance with Bulgarian and EU consumer protection law.

4.2 Appointment Cancellation

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations may result in:

    • Loss of voucher validity

    • Deduction of the service value

    • Refusal of future promotional bookings

4.3 No-Show Policy

-Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) may result in the voucher or service being considered as used.

5. Working Hours

Somi Clinic operates during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 18:00

Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00

Sunday: Closed

Appointments outside standard working hours are possible only with prior confirmation.

6. Medical & Aesthetic Disclaimer

  • All procedures are performed following an individual consultation.

  • Somi Clinic reserves the right to refuse a procedure if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client.

  • Results vary depending on individual characteristics and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information during consultation.

7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Somi Clinic and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
