What is Potenza™ RF Microneedling?
Potenza™ is an advanced radiofrequency (RF) microneedling treatment that combines ultra-fine needles with controlled radiofrequency energy to support the skin’s natural rejuvenation process.
For labial rejuvenation, Potenza™ is carefully applied to the external labial tissue to stimulate collagen and elastin production. This can help improve the appearance, texture, firmness and overall quality of the skin in the intimate area.

What should I expect during treatment?
The treatment area is prepared carefully and a topical local anaesthetic may be used to improve comfort.
The Potenza™ handpiece is then applied to the external labial tissue in a controlled and targeted manner. Treatment settings are adjusted according to the area being treated and your individual needs.
Some warmth, pressure, or mild discomfort may be experienced during the procedure. Your practitioner will monitor your comfort throughout the treatment.
The procedure is designed to treat the external vulvar/labial tissue. It is not a treatment of the internal vaginal canal.
After your Potenza™ treatment
Your practitioner will provide personalized aftercare instructions. Mild redness, swelling, sensitivity or warmth can occur temporarily following treatment.
For the initial recovery period, you may be advised to:
Avoid sexual intercourse until the area has recovered and your practitioner confirms it is appropriate.
Avoid hot baths, saunas, steam rooms and other sources of significant heat.
Avoid swimming until the treated area has sufficiently recovered.
Avoid products that may irritate the treated area, including fragranced or harsh intimate products.
Wear loose, breathable underwear and clothing where possible.
Follow all cleansing and aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner.
Avoid picking, rubbing or otherwise irritating the treated skin.
The exact aftercare period will depend on your individual treatment and recovery.
When should Potenza™ not be performed?
Potenza™ may not be appropriate in certain circumstances. Your practitioner will review your medical history before treatment.
Treatment may be contraindicated or require medical clearance in cases including:
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Active infection, inflammation or open wounds in the treatment area
Undiagnosed lesions or unexplained changes in the vulvar tissue
Certain implanted electronic devices, including pacemakers or implantable defibrillators
Certain metal implants or other circumstances that may affect the safe delivery of RF energy
A history of abnormal wound healing or significant keloid formation
Significant impaired sensation or neuropathic conditions affecting the treatment area
Certain bleeding or clotting disorders
Certain medications that affect bleeding or wound healing
Recent or current isotretinoin (Roaccutane) treatment
Certain autoimmune or systemic conditions
Known allergies or sensitivities to products or materials required during treatment
